What this website collects

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they look at, and which general geographic region and device type they're using — the same kind of information most business websites collect to understand traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics assigns your browser an anonymous, randomly-generated identifier; this site does not attach your name, email address, or any other personal information to that identifier.

This site also tracks a small number of specific actions as anonymous, aggregate events: starting or submitting the tour-request, careers, or performer-application forms; clicking a phone number, email address, or directions link; and viewing a location page. These events record only which action happened and which page it happened on — never the content you typed into a form.

What this website never sends to Google Analytics

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your street address
• Anything you type into a form's message or notes field
• Applicant, job-application, or performer-application details
• Any information about a resident or prospective resident's care needs
• Any internal record ID from our care-management system
• Your IP address is not manually collected or stored by this site (Google Analytics' own IP-anonymization setting is enabled)

When you fill out and submit the tour-request, careers, or performer-application forms on this site, that information goes to Mi Casa Care Homes directly (via Netlify Forms and our internal care-management system) — never to Google Analytics.

Advertising and remarketing

This site does not use Google Ads, Google Signals, remarketing, cross-device tracking, or any user-ID tracking feature. Analytics data is used only to understand website traffic and form activity — never to build an advertising profile or show you ads elsewhere.

Retention

Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own standard retention settings. Mi Casa Care Homes does not separately store or export individual visitor-level analytics data.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish one visit from another. This site does not use a cookie-consent banner at this time — it does not run advertising or cross-site tracking that would require one, and no personal information is collected through analytics cookies. You can limit or block Analytics cookies at any time using your browser's privacy settings, or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
